Regulation
System on Electronic Work Attendance Check
All
the staff, and all the students who have returned to Island of Sciences
from the University of Science and Technology of China, on workdays,
must bring up the habit of keeping to come to laboratory, and to
sign and work. We officially declare that from 1st December 20002
on, the Regulation and System on Electronic Work Attendance Check
will be carried out. The regulation details are stated as follows:

Each staff
and each student have to sign in Electronic Work Attendance
Check System at the times f on-duty and off-duty.

Electronic
Signature includes twice each workday, i.e., the morning on-duty
hour and the afternoon off-duty hour. The signature can be done
in Internet by IP address: 202.127.200.122/login.asp. The normal
signature hour for the morning on-duty is 8:00 am-9:00 am, the
one for the afternoon off-duty is 4£º00 pm-4£º30 pm (Winter) £¬4£º30
pm-5£º10 pm (Summer). At all other times, the Electronic Work
Attendance Check system will be closed.

Anyone who
is later for over 15 minutes will be regarded as off-duty on
the workday. Before private or public affair leave, the leaver(s)
has (have) to notify the acting secretary. The phone for leave(s)
will be forbidden. In addition, sick leave(s) will also have
to be in advance permitted, otherwise, the workday will be regarded
as a no-paid leave one. For a specific case(s), the leaver(s)
or later-comer(s) must explain the causes to the acting secretary,
at the same time, mark the ones in the Electronic Work Attendance
Check System.

The Electronic
Work Attendance Check System will be opened and checked by the
acting secretary once each month. The acting secretary should
email the statistical results to the head of laboratory before
3rd of next month so that the head of laboratory can determine
the wage amount for each staff and each student.

Anyone who
violates the regulation above, will take a risk of his (her)
wage being subtracted. The wage amount subtracted amounts to
the number of the off-duty or the on-paid leave days in the
month multiplies the total wage amount in the month.
The
aim that we establish the regulation and system is to agglomerate
the morale and build a study and work environment full of youthful
spirit and pushing oneself upwards. Please everybody in our group
consciously observe the regulation above. This regulation will take
effect from December 1st 2002 on. Hope you to strictly observe and
execute. Please wait a new notice if there are any changes or complementarities.
